Terms and Conditions for Condo-KingdomPlease ensure you read and understand the following terms and conditions pertinent to your accommodation rental. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us for clarification.
Booking DepositA non-refundable booking deposit of £150 or $300 per week is required to secure your booking. On receipt of this deposit your booking will be confirmed. The balance of the rental cost is due 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period.
Price GuaranteeAs soon as you have confirmed your booking and paid the deposit (or full payment if you wish), the cost of rental is guaranteed against further increase. This guarantee is offered subject to our conditions of payment being met and providing no further amendments are made to your booking.
How To PayBy cheque made out to Paul Clugston or by Credit Card using our Booking System.
Cancellation Charges / RefundsThe Guest may cancel the booking at any time subject to cancellation charges.
Cancellation must be in writing.
The Owner reserves the right to cancel the booking if the payment required has not been received on agreed dates. The following cancellation charges apply to all rentals
• 8 weeks or more – loss of full reservation deposit
• 4 to 8 weeks prior to arrival – 50% of total rental charge
• Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival – 100% of total rental charge
If payments are made by credit card and subsequently cancelled a 5% credit card commission charge will be made.
In the unlikely event of the booking being cancelled by the Owner all monies paid will be refunded to the Guest as soon as is reasonably practical.
Refunds will not be made for services included in the rental price that are unused.
Security DepositYou will be required to provide a Security Deposit, by paying an extra £200 with your full payment, this will be returned to you after an the end of your vacation , subject to confirmation with our management company that the condominium and its contents are in the same condition as on your arrival.
Swimming Pool SafetySwimming pools and spas can be dangerous and those at the resort are not to be used by children without supervision.
No bubble bath or similar liquids are to be used in the swimming pool or spa.
Loss Or DamageAny loss or damage incurred during the length of the Guest′s stay will be reimbursed by the lead Guest. This will be the person who made the full payment.
Any loss or damage costing less than the value of the security deposit will be deducted from the refund of the security deposit.
Any loss or damage costing above the value security deposit will result in the forfeit of the security deposit and the balance of cost of the damage will be fully reimbursed by the lead renter within 7 days of departure from the Condominium.
Any misuse of the Condominium′s systems resulting in costs being incurred will be reimbursed by the lead Guest. This includes, but not limited to:-
• Loss of keys – the Guest will be charged for locksmith call-out.
• WC blockages – the Guest will be charged for failure to comply with the Management Agents instructions regarding the WC resulting in a plumber call-out.
Conditions of Occupancy• This is a No Smoking Condominium
• There are no Pets Allowed
• The legal maximum for occupancy is 8 people
LiabilityAll brochure and web site descriptions are made in good faith and every care is taken to ensure their accuracy, however, no liability will be accepted in the event of any error.
ComplaintsAny complaints concerning the Condominium should be immediately reported to the Owner′s Management Agent so that prompt and remedial action can be taken.
Complaints will not be accepted after the end of Guest′s stay at the Condominium.
